Cable Systems Installer - Maintainer

Major Duties: The cable systems installer-maintainer installs, operates, and performs unit level maintenance on cable and wire communications systems, communication security (COMSEC) devices, and associated equipment. Operates and performs Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) on assigned vehicles and power generators.

Specific Qualifications for Initial Award of MOS:

Normal color vision
A minimum score of 90 in aptitude areas SC and EL
A security clearance of SECRET
Ability to read, comprehend, and clearly enunciate English
A U.S. citizen
Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet for extended periods
